1903 Electric Car Wheels

The wooden wheels shown above belong to an American electric powered veteran car which was produced in 1903. The wheels are made from hickory and were rebuilt for use in the 2018 London to Brighton Veteran Car rally.

1904 Fiat Wheels

These wooden wheels were restored for a veteran Fiat car originally built inĀ 1904.

Arrol-Johnston

Croford coachbuilders restored the wooden wheels for a 3 cylinder vintage 1904 Arrol-Johnston car. Built in Glasgow, the AJ was one of the earliest cars on the country roads of the UK.

Rolls Royce Silver Ghost

Croford Coachbuilders replaced the wooden wheels on a veteran 1911 Rolls Royce Silver Ghost, similar to the one shown above. Many veteran cars have solid wooden wheels and wooden rims.
